Who We Are
DALE GARNETT
Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer
Dale Garnett has been a securities industry executive, investment banker, and broker since 1981. Mr. Garnett founded multiple FINRA firms and also provided his expertise to other broker-dealers. His roles have been as CEO, CFO, investment banker, head of operations, and as a producing representative.
He has worked with startups to mid-market enterprises in many industries in assisting the companies in evaluating potential growth strategies through equity or debt capital raises and/or sell side advisory.
Mr. Garnett received his bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the Metropolitan State University of Denver. He holds Series 7 (general securities representative), 24 (general securities principal), 27 (financial and operations principal), 66 (investment advisor and state law), 79 (investment banking), and 99 (operations professional) U.S. securities licenses.
DAVID ARCHIBALD, CFA
Chief Compliance Officer
David Archibald has more than 40 years of experience advising corporate, institutional, and HNW clients as a managing director of private equity firms, equity research director, chief investment officer, senior institutional portfolio manager, and alternative fixed income manager with an emphasis on due diligence and valuation. For more than 25 years he has had a particular focus on public and private early-stage and emerging companies. He is devoted to finding, assessing, and promoting value both for promising enterprises and for their investors. His multi-decade experience in top-down economic and industry assessment and detailed bottom-up company-specific analysis has proven useful with both sell and buy-side clients.
Mr. Archibald is a graduate of Claremont McKenna College. He has held the CFA designation since 1984 and holds the Series 7 (general securities representative), 24(general securities principal), 63 (state law), and 79 (investment banking) securities licenses.
